Yes. All of our beef is grass-fed and pasture-raised to ensure the quality of the product and to promote sustainable and ethical farming practices. Our cattle are also grass-finished. Our commitment to providing you with the best beef begins with the way our animals are raised.
Yes, the animals in our care are raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. We believe in providing a natural and healthy environment for our cattle. Our commitment to antibiotic and hormone-free practices leads to beef that is both wholesome and free from artificial additives.
We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Spirit Lake in North Idaho. If you have any doubts about your location, please give us a call at (208) 714-0478.

Yes, our beef is frozen prior to the delivery process. Each order is dry-aged for 12-14 days. After this it is butchered, packed, and frozen before delivering to your location.
No, there are no delivery fees within our dedicated 50-mile radius. We deliver the beef directly to your location, and there are no additional fees for shipping or handling. We believe firmly in cutting out any hidden fees so that you know exactly what you’re paying from the start.

For each order, ¼ beef share or larger, our butcher will reach out to you. During this process they will get cut specifications and preferences from you to make the most of your beef experience.
When stored properly in your freezer, our beef can maintain its quality for 2 years or more. While our beef is crafted to provide an exceptional eating experience even after long periods of freezing, consuming it at its freshest is recommended to enjoy it at peak quality.
From the time you place your order to the moment of delivery, the process typically takes between 90 to 120 days. This time frame allows us to ensure that you receive the highest quality beef that has been carefully raised, processed, and prepared for your enjoyment.
